My dress: “I saw this dress for sale on eBay and immediately fell in love with it. From then on, I started planning a 1920s-themed wedding. I even cut my hair to make it more authentic! I found an antique wax flower wreath and had a veil made to go with the dress. In the little town where we got married, they were having an antique show the same weekend. The day before my wedding, my mom found a beautiful 1920s cloche for sale… and it was a perfect match for my dress! We bought it and I wore it for the reception.”

My dress: “I got married in a really small ceremony at my mom’s garden. The dress was chosen by me and it is from Shop 125, a brand from São Paulo – Brazil.
My hair and make-up was done by a very talented artist, his name is Kaçula from Studio K. The idea of the white roses for my hair was from Kaçula. It fit perfectly because the dress doesn’t have many details.
The earrings are in white gold and diamonds and it was a gift from my mother-in-law.”

My dress: “I chose this dress because I always envisioned for my Wedding dress to be something out of a storybook fairytale. I have always loved the sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and tulle skirt. I wanted to feel like a modern day Princess, something elegant yet classic. The intricate beading throughout and the big tulle skirt sold me! Oleg Cassini had all of this in her dress. It was the second one that I tried on and I am so happy I found it. The one I wore was the last one in my size and then the style was discontinued. I still have her, my special dress, in my Wardrobe tucked away in her garment bag. I remember trying it on every night in my room before my wedding day!”
